In December 1978, those of us flown back into the United States were subjected to interrogations by the agents of the Federal Bureau of
Investigation. We were taken to a hangar at the airport, photographed, fingerprinted and escorted to Winnebago trailers where we were
questioned. The links below are the actual results of those questioning: (More information can be found on Peoples Temple and Jonestown via the

The following are letters and documents retrieved via FBI files. These were documents left in Jonestown. Some of these letters were forced written
to Jim Jones. Most were either self-defacing, and/or letter to praise Jim Jones who we had to call
Father. It helps to reveal what I went through
and what was expected of us. The average person can not understand how we could live under this type of dictatorship. After months, and
months of this type of critical assessments, you either had to push negative thoughts out of your mind to survive, or you submitted and eventually
lost your soul. This was a systematic process to break down your spirit, hope and your soul - for the 33 of us whom walked out of Jonestown that
day...it did not work. We chose to push through.

Letter to Jim Jones

Letter to Jim Jones - This really reveals the confusion I had. At one time Iam calling myself stupid and selfish, and on the other hand I am trying to
tell Jim I want more from my life.
